Duke Medical Office
“What’s going at the corner of New Hill Road and 55 Bypass?” We’ve been hearing that a lot lately. A few issues back we told you about the Duke Medical Office going in on that corner. If you missed that article, the building will offer 72,291 square feet of office space. The building will sit close to the corner of Hwy 55 and New Hill Rd., with ample parking on the remaining portion of the lot. Entrance to the property will be off of Irving Parkway, with a proposed entrance/exit off of Hwy 55.
Sheetz at Morgan Park
Some time ago we listed the Sheets at Morgan Park as coming soon. Well, after a year of delays, it looks like we will see construction starting soon. At press time, the final item causing the delay is some stormwater improvements. Those improvements could start as early as late October. If you’re a fan of Sheetz – hang in there – it won’t be much longer.

The spot is between the car wash and Sullivan Realty on Main Street. The existing building is being updated to office space. The current 1,325 square foot building will grow to 1,494 square feet after remodel. As part of the improvements, there will also be
7 parking spots added on the existing lot, along with landscaping.
The Home Center
The Home Center is open on Green Oaks Parkway. The Home Center is a lighting and flooring store that’s open to the public. It offers a nice alternative to the big box stores. 300 Green Oaks Parkway, Holly Springs.
Los Tres Magueyes
Los Tres Magueyes has opened in the former Wendy’s location in Holly Springs, at the corner of N. Main Street and 3rd Street, next to Pizza Hut.
Firehouse Subs
Firehouse Subs is now open at Village Walk. The restaurant is located next to Hickory Tavern in the plaza at the southwest corner of Avent Ferry Rd. and GB Alford Hwy. 413 Village Walk Dr, Holly Springs.
