We had a great turnout for holiday pictures at The Family Farm on Avent Ferry. We used the Suburban Living 1949 Ford, our snow machine, and the perfect backdrop from The Farm.
It’s unusual to take Christmas photos when the temperatures are in the high 70s, but it worked fine for those waiting for photos, in large part thanks to Aaron Lurie at VMA Studios for keeping them entertained.
More than 100 families came to have photos taken, so unfortunately we don’t have the space to showcase all of them. This donation-only event allowed us to give the non-profit Zach’s Toy Chest in Holly Springs over $2,400 just in time for the holidays. They told us that the monetary donations go a long way since many people donate toys. Sometimes families ask for simple items such as underwear and socks. Hope to see you next year!
