This spring, if you’re in Holly Springs, you won’t have to hunt around for fun events and activities. The annual egg hunt returns to Ting Park for kids while a new egg hunt event for adults is planned at Sugg Farm. The Battle of the Badges softball tournament is back at Ting Park, the International Food Festival is gearing up to be bigger and better than ever, and you won’t want to miss a Saturday at the Farmers Market with a craft, performance, or special attraction planned nearly every week through the season!

Community-Wide Yard Sale
March 16, 8 a.m.-Noon
Ting Park, 101 Sportsmanship Way
Looking to find a bargain… or hoping to clean out your garage while earning some cash? Due to growing popularity, this year’s Community-Wide Yard Sale is being featured as its own standalone event in the parking lot of Ting Park!
Admission to browse the sale is free, and coffee and sweets will be available for purchase.

Spring Fling

Make sure your children’s shoelaces are tied and their baskets are in hand for the annual egg hunt at noon on the stadium field. The egg hunt completes the morning full of free games, activities, inflatables, and bunny meet and greets.
Hoppin’ Hunt for Grownup Peeps

Adults are invited to join in the egg hunt fun! Unleash your inner child with a flashlight egg hunt, music, and tasty food and beverages for purchase at this event geared for ages 21+. Indulge in timeless yard games like Jenga, cornhole, and mini golf during this night of laughter and competition among friends.

International Food Festival
Friday, May 3, 5-9 p.m.

Sample a variety of food and beverages representing countries around the globe at the annual International Food Festival. Bring blankets and chairs for lawn seating outside the Cultural Center to watch a diversity of cultural performances throughout the event. Battle of the Badges

Farmers Market

Every Saturday morning feels like a festival at the Holly Springs Farmers Market in downtown Holly Springs. And we’re not just talking about the festival of flavors available at the many food and artisan vendors! Special crafts, performances, and activities are planned throughout the season and include:
Noodle Day, March 2: Children will enjoy noodle crafts (necklaces, maracas, sorting, and more), and shoppers will receive pasta samples and recipes.
Go Green to the Market, March 16: Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day while focusing on sustainability. In addition to an upcycling craft for children, shoppers are invited to return egg cartons and bring jars to vendors to re-use.
National Tamale Day, March 23: Enjoy samples, take part in a raffle, and more!
Ewenique Visitors, March 30: Woodland Farm NC will bring lambassadors Ewenique and Eureka (both ewes) to the market to visit!
Earth Day Celebration, April 20: Children will enjoy several different crafts and activities while learning about the environment and sustainability.
Customer Appreciation Day, May 4: Celebrate the first day of Season 18 at the Holly Springs Farmers Market with giveaways and a raffle, live music, and kids crafts.
Strawberry Day, May 11: No other Saturday is sweeter with strawberry samples and activities.
Later in the season, the market is launching a Power of Produce (POP) Club! Each week, participating children will receive a voucher to purchase produce from farmers, an opportunity for children to learn about and sample new produce. Educational activities will boost awareness about different types of produce.
