Tous Les Jours — Now Open
300 Village Walk Drive
Tous Les Jours, a phrase which means “every day” in French, is a new bakery open in Holly Springs. This franchise bakery with a Korean twist is known for its freshly baked breads, sweet and savory pastries, and cakes (including sought-after cloud cakes). They also offer coffee, tea, and blended drinks in a welcoming café setting. Tous Les Jours emphasizes quality, fresh-made-daily products that are both familiar and classic as well as uniquely new.
Oakview Commons — More tenants announced!
Intersection of New Hill Road and Green Oaks Parkway
Since we last shared with you the list of shops and eateries coming to Oakview Commons, we’ve heard about a few more new businesses you’ll soon be able to enjoy.
Virge Yoga and Astoria Nail Bar have filled out the space in Building A. Malli is the Indian restaurant completing the tenant list for Building B. And the last building, C, will include Cold Stone Creamery, conveniently located near the area of outdoor green space, as well as be a new home for Thanks a Latte Coffee & Gift Boutique.
Ting Park Additions—Proposed
Sportsmanship Way
With 2.5 acres of “underdeveloped” land in and around Ting Park, plans are being considered for a sports and entertainment “district” that would make the park an even more vibrant recreation destination. The space in question includes an open field near the tennis courts, and other areas around the stadium. Early plans range from retail and residences within multi-story buildings to a “festival street” designed for different entertainment options in a pedestrian-friendly setting.
Under Construction
We love telling our readers what’s new and what’s coming to Holly Springs. This is something we like to do for two reasons:
1) It keeps you, the reader, up to date with exciting things coming to town.
2) It helps welcome new businesses, especially the small ones, to the community, and hopefully gives them a boost to get out of the gate.
Sometimes we announce businesses so early that by the time they break ground, you might have forgotten what was going there. Here are two projects that seem to be getting a lot of buzz online with that burning question, “What’s that going to be?”
Main Street Vista (July/August ‘23)
Construction behind the corner of Main Street and Holly Springs Road
This is a pedestrian-focused complex of six 4-story buildings set on approximately 12 acres at the intersection of North Main Street and Holly Springs Road, within the Downtown Village District. The plan calls for a combination of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom residences — including apartments and live-work units — as well as retail and office space. The buildings with residences are expected to feature interior hallways and elevators as well as direct-entry options. A community pool and courtyard will be located nearest the one all-residence building. The proposal calls for a total of 286 residential units, 15,000 square feet of high-end commercial/retail space, and 10,000 square feet of live/work space. At the center of the complex will be a “village green” gathering space for community events and outdoor activities.
Chase Bank (July/August ‘24)
Chase Bank has a proposal in for a 3,320-square-foot building at the south end of Holly Springs Towne Center, past the theater. This would be a new construction project.
