Bếp
The meaning of Bếp is ‘kitchen’ in Vietnamese. This brand new, family-owned restaurant is located in the new Block on Main in downtown. They bring with them family recipes from Má (their mom) who cooked as her way of making a living to raise them back in their homeland.
They will be serving foods that bring comfort, like the foods that Má served them in their youth. One of Bếp’s main offerings will be Phở (rice noodle soup), a regular staple in their household growing up, which cannot be left out. They will also be offering entrees like Bánh Mì (sandwiches), Cơm (rice), and Bún (vermicelli) among many others! To top it off, they will offer a vast variety of milk teas and boba to accompany your food for a heightened experience! Bếp will be ready to serve the Holly Springs community and others across Wake County one bowl at a time this fall.

Rock Solid Warrior
Although technically located in Apex, Rock Solid Warrior is being built just over the town border on Holly Springs Road, across from Hope Church. Children as young as four years old, and everyone up to the more mature (74+), can enjoy the fun and challenge of overcoming “American Ninja Warrior” style obstacles! Rock Solid Warrior offers world-class, family-friendly recreation in the form of day camps (summer and track-out), classes, parties, parents’ night out, open gym times, private events, competitions and more at their Fuquay-Varina facility.
Rock Solid Warrior opened in 2019 in Fuquay-Varina. It is owned and operated by the Auer family—long-time residents of southwest Wake County and seasoned veterans of the sport.
Their Fuquay-Varina location offers an ever-changing configuration of fun and challenging obstacles, as well as their detailed attention to safety. The new facility will have those same characteristics. However, with higher ceilings ranging from 26 feet to 32 feet; a larger, 11,500-square-foot footprint; and mezzanine space of roughly 2,700 square feet; they will be able to offer even more services. The new location will also have two large party rooms. There will be distinct sections for “mini-ninjas” (4-6), “young/beginner ninjas” (7-12), and “taller/advanced ninjas” (13+). Each area will have multiple versions of the iconic warped walls, balance obstacles, and upper body obstacles and lots of padding to keep everyone safe. The reception and mezzanine areas will give parents and other spectators space for additional activities.
