OG Deli—Coming Soon!

Osteria G recently celebrated five years in Holly Springs and its owners are expecting to begin construction soon on their two-level, “Gatsby-style” OG Prime Steakhouse. The highly anticipated steakhouse, located on the corner of Linksland Drive and Holly Springs Road, will have an event space and private cigar lounge. Their latest announcement, however, is that they’re planning to open OG Deli, an Italian delicatessen and market, next to Osteria G in 2025. Follow them on Facebook and Instagram for updates.

Oakview Commons—Coming Soon!
New Hill Road and Green Oaks Parkway
If you missed the Town’s recent update, here are the details about who’s moving into Oakview Commons, the 12-acre, mixed-use development coming to the intersection of New Hill Road and Green Oaks Parkway. Two of the three buildings are completed, and the third should be done in March. The development is shaping up to be a nice blend of restaurants, specialty shops, wellness services, and green space for community events, with ample parking. Discussions are also still underway regarding a 130+ room hotel.
Confirmed tenants include:
Oakview Public House – A locally focused restaurant emphasizing high-quality food and service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both casual family meals and date nights.
Arita Ramen & Sushi – A restaurant offering a mix of traditional ramen dishes, fresh sushi, and craft cocktails, with special promotions such as “buy one, get one free” sushi rolls.
Grain & Berry – A superfood café featuring açaí bowls, fresh juices, smoothies, avocado toasts, and plant-based dishes catering to a variety of dietary preferences.
Golf Hour – A state-of-the-art indoor golf and multisport simulator experience, expected to open in early 2025, providing a space for sports enthusiasts to gather and play.
IMAGE Studios – A collection of salon suites where independent beauty professionals, including hairstylists, estheticians, and massage therapists, can operate in a personalized setting.
