At 9:30am on September 11, 2017 a new memorial was unveiled at the Holly Springs Fire Department Station 1. The memorial includes a piece of the World Trade Center that’s been bronzed. The piece of the tower, that rests on top of a chrome hydrant, bears a resemblance to an open book.
The memorial is open 24/7, and residents are welcome to stop by and enjoy it, or pay their respects. The address is:
