In a much-anticipated expansion, this popular fast-casual restaurant serving healthy salads, wraps, and grain bowls is coming to Holly Springs in a big way! With two locations in Cary and two in Raleigh, DICED in Holly Springs will open in the former Pizza Hut location. At 3,000 square feet, DICED Holly Springs will be twice the size of their other restaurants, their first standalone building, and it will serve as the company’s commissary kitchen. Lune Spark is opening their third location in the area, as they bring their unique program to Holly Springs. They are moving into the former Code Ninja location in the plaza behind Walgreens. Klooster Office Building – Coming
100 Rosewood Center Drive
A new 18,990-square-foot building is being built at the corner of Rosewood Center Drive and N. Main Street. The two-story building will house Klooster Family Dental on the second floor, with the first floor available for lease. The new office for Klooster is right down the road from their current location on N. Main Street.
The first floor can accommodate up to five different suites, with the smallest space at 1,369 square feet. The space is being leased through Baxter Walker at Avison Young. The project is expected to be completed in spring of 2025.
