AutoZone
251 N. Main St.
AutoZone has submitted a proposal for the old Rite-Aid building on the corner of N. Main Street and Holly Springs Rd. Sheetz was looking at the building a while back, but plans were squashed for that. AutoZone would add to a couple of auto parts stores that are further north on N. Main Street, including O’Reilly and Advanced Auto. AutoZone currently has locations in Apex and Fuquay-Varina.
120 N. Main Street – Proposed
The open lot on the right side of N. Main Street that borders Earp Street has been open for quite some time. Years ago, we announced that a local bank was going to be occupying that corner, but now there are some new plans that have been proposed. The 1.71-acre lot has been approved to house a mixed-use building with residential/retail in mind. Plans indicate a building with a 26,146-square-foot footprint, with the 1st floor showing a parking garage and retail space combination, and the 2nd-4th floors being residential. The plan includes 39 two-bedroom units, and 3 three-bedroom units.

They feature meal replacement shakes that are high in protein, and low in sugar, carbs and calories. They also serve herbal teas that offer hydration and energy with plant-based sweeteners.
The new owner also offers nutritional coaching and personal training. He has been a personal trainer for over twenty years, and owned a gym in Holly Springs from 2013 to 2018.
Their goal is to help customers achieve a healthy and balanced lifestyle, through nutrition, exercise and education.
