In the What’s New/Coming section we’re focused on Town Hall Commons. Town Hall Commons is kind of big deal for Holly Springs. There’s no lack of residents clamoring for Holly Springs to have a downtown worth visiting. Holly Springs doesn’t have the historic buildings lining the streets as some of the neighboring towns do, but what Holly Springs does have is a booming economy, and population to go with it.
The construction of Town Hall Commons will be the start of combining a modern downtown that can mesh with the existing older buildings. The first of two buildings to be built like this in downtown, it will begin the transformation to become the destination that the residents have longed for. The building is expected to be completed in October.

Holly Springs Town Hall Commons has taken a lot of cooperation between the town and the developers, to make sure that it fits in.
The businesses that are already signed up to occupy the space are listed in the following pages. There are more commitments already, but at press time, the information is not yet public knowledge. There has been a strong effort to make sure all of the business are independent businesses, and focused on serving Holly Springs.
Body Shop Fitness
Body Shop Fitness is an affordable, locally owned fitness center. They will have yearly or monthly memberships, plus provide day pass options. It will be open 24/7 to members.
Designed around cardio and functional training equipment, We aim to provide Holly Springs with a lifestyle gym. They will be stocked with the best equipment from companies such as Woodway treadmills, Peloton bikes, Concept2 rowers, TRX, Rogue Fitness and more. They are community focused and will offer open gym usage plus group classes like high intensity cardio, running clinics, yoga for runners, and TRX .
They expect to open early 2019.

Shoes & Brews
A Specialty Running Store … With a Kick!
With the strength of our local running community, and the growth in Holly Springs, it was a matter of time before a running store came to town. But we didn’t just want to meet a need, we wanted to do something different. Running communities and craft beer communities are overlapping all over the country, nowhere more so than this area.
Shoes & Brews will cater to the needs of local runners, offering specialty running shoes, great service choosing and fitting them, and all of the gear runners need. We plan to listen, and carry what runners want and need. We also want to be a source of information on training and nutritional support.
For runners who like craft beer, or even non-runners, we plan to have a few rotating taps with different and unique beer from the area, and beyond. Don’t expect to see the same choices every time you visit.
Our goal is to make Shoes & Brews a destination – a place you want to shop, hang out and talk about running, or just stop by and enjoy a good beer. Cheers!

Ting is excited to announce our long awaited Experience Space in Downtown Holly Springs set to open in the Fall of 2019. The space will provide residents an opportunity to experience the full power of gigabit internet and Ting TV. The location will offer “stations” created around various uses of internet and TV that will allow residents to get hands on and to explore the various benefits of having the gig at home. The space will also provide a central location for future Ting sponsored events.
