This apartment complex is currently under construction on Ralph Stephens Road. The development plan details 316 multifamily units with a clubhouse, pool and garage facilities.
The Blind Pelican Seafood House:
Construction is underway on a new seafood restaurant here in Holly Springs. The Blind Pelican Seafood House will be located at 120 Bass Lake Road in the Lowe’s Foods shopping center. This casual, rustic restaurant will receive fresh seafood daily and offer baked, broiled, steamed and fried varieties. The menu will also include soups, salads, sandwiches and signature entrees including crab legs, crab cakes, oysters, lobster rolls, as well as a kids menu. Their 16 seat bar will feature signature cocktails, frozen drinks, and beers on tap. The Blind Pelican Seafood House is aiming for an April opening and will serve lunch and dinner seven days a week.
The Biscuit Garden:
Located on the border of Holly Springs and Apex at 2112 E. Williams Street, is a new daycare/boarding facility for dogs and cats. People may remember Beth Ann Young as the original owner of Doggie Village. The people that took over Doggie Village decided to shut down, and Beth Ann saw it as an opportunity to open this fully licensed and insured facility with over 20 years of experience in the pet industry. The Biscuit Garden provides baths/nail trim services, daily doggie daycare, as well as all-inclusive overnight boarding options for your pets while you and your family are away.
United Community Bank:
Plans have been approved for a bank to be located at 134 & 130 N. Main Street / Earp Streets. This will be a two story building, approximately 4400 square feet, with parking available in the back.
Club Pilates:
If you are looking for low-impact full body workouts, look no further than Club Pilates. Now open at 321 Matthews Drive, this Pilates studio is open to all fitness levels and offers classes using specialized equipment. They have seven signature class formats as well as four levels of classes to choose from. They are open seven days a week from 9:00am – 5:00pm.
The Wardrobe on Main:
Kimberly Ward is bringing a Women’s Boutique to downtown Holly Springs. The Wardrobe on Main will be opening in January 2020 and will be one of the tenants in The Block on Main. Kimberly hand selects every piece of clothing she chooses to share with her customers. She focuses on 25-60 year old women and aims to bring fun, stylish clothing and accessories at an affordable price. Until the store is open she will hold quarterly open houses in satellite locations, host private in home parties, and will post items for sale via Instagram.
