Elliott Farm—Proposed
2836 Piney Grove Wilbon Road
A rezoning proposal has been approved along with a development agreement for a Toll Brothers active adult, age-restricted subdivision on 148.42 acres along Piney Grove Wilbon Road. The plan calls for 325 residential units divided among three sections, two of which will consist of a mixture of single-family and multi-family duplexes and the third consisting only of single-family homes. Open space will accommodate a clubhouse, pool, and other recreational amenities. There are still some elements to be finalized, including traffic signals.

FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies—Expanding
With the first phase of the project expected to be complete in 2025, the monstrous biotech facility in Holly Springs is already expanding. Predicted to be “one of the biggest end-to-end biopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities on the continent,” FUJIFILM announced an additional 680 high-skill jobs as part of a $1.2 billion expansion that will provide cell culture manufacturing on an even larger scale than originally planned.
