Suburban Living Is!
We thought it would be fun to bring something new to Holly Springs. In the months of January and February, you’ll be able to go to Acme Pizza or Kraft YMCA and work on the Suburban Living Community Puzzles.
The puzzles are there for the community to stop by and collectively assemble them. They will be on display in a tray with all the pieces. Whether you place one piece or 50 pieces, it’s a great way to pass time if you’re waiting for your order at ACME, or decompressing after a workout at the YMCA. Next to the puzzle will be a sign-up sheet. If you worked on the puzzle, and would like to sign in, we will be publishing the names and a photo of the completed puzzle in the next issue. There is no age limit. You can even take a photo working on the puzzle and email it to puzzled@suburbanlivingmag.com, and it could be in the next issue.
The puzzles will be custom made, and will feature artwork from local artists, some of them from high school like the one below. The finished puzzles will be saved in their completed form, and donated to local charities for auction.
We hope that you can take a few minutes to stop by and contribute to getting these puzzles built. Don’t forget to “sign in” if you’d like to be listed in the magazine as a contributor, and get those photos over to us!
We’d like to thank ACME Pizza and Kraft YMCA for donating valuable indoor space to help.
