Smoothie King—Open
Smoothie King is located between Eggs Up Grill and The Butcher’s Market, in the Holly Lakes Shopping Center. Their smoothies are “purposefully blended” whether you’re watching calories, recovering from a workout, gluten-free, or seeking a smart snack to keep you satisfied between meals. Smoothie King wants you to “be your best self, live your best life and rule the day.” They are located at 4212 Lassiter Road.
Manhattan Pizza (New!)
Local neighbors John and Tania Molite are excited to announce the opening of their newest Manhattan Pizza restaurant, located in the growing Holly Lakes Shopping Center at the intersection of Sunset Lake Road and Lassiter Road. These are folks who know and support our area with community sponsorships and spirit night fundraisers.
Manhattan Pizza is located at 305 Matthews Drive, next to Planet Fitness. Stop in for a slice or two, get to know the Molite family and welcome Manhattan Pizza to Holly Springs!
The Townes On Main
New townhomes are coming to downtown Holly Springs. Eight units will be built on a piece of land that’s just over 1/2 an acre. The location is the corner of W. Elm St. and Main St. They will be adding 16 parking spots (two for each unit) and there will also be two spots on the street.
New stores opening soon in Holly Springs Towne Center
There is a lot happening in Holly Springs Towne Center at the intersection of NC 55 and New Hill Road. With the anchor businesses well in place, the smaller storefronts continue to fill up. For instance, one of the spaces between Pier 1 Imports and Michaels has been divided and soon you’ll see Bath & Body Works as well as an AT&T store. We don’t have a date for the AT&T store, but Bath & Body Works anticipates a late spring opening, just in time for all those wonderful summer fragrances to tempt shoppers who are passing by. The other, larger space closest to Michaels has been leased by a national retailer that plans to open this summer. Stay tuned for a future announcement about who that retailer is.
Town Hall Burger & Beer—Open
With its corner spot in the Holly Lakes Shopping Center, you can’t miss Town Hall Burger & Beer. This family-oriented and kid-friendly burger joint opened in November 2019 and is getting rave reviews. They offer unique shared plates as well as a selection of tacos, wings, and salads, but it’s all about the gourmet burgers. Town Hall Burger & Beer is located at 310 Matthews Drive. Dunkin’ Donuts—Open
Finally, the Sunset Lake area residents can enjoy Dunkin’ without driving to Hwy 55 The new location is now open. Dunkin’ Donuts is located at 208 Matthews Drive.
