First Watch
First Watch, a 3,372-square-foot restaurant, is under construction is under construction in Holly Springs Towne Center in the space next to Blaze Pizza at the end of the shopping center near the movie theater. First Watch calls itself “The Daytime Cafe” and serves breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Their menu includes classics like pancakes and waffles, as well as omelets, soups and sandwiches, quinoa bowls, granola, and more. Although work crews have temporarily paused because of coronavirus restrictions, we are hopeful that First Watch will open as soon as they are able.
Serasana
Serasana is your healing home away from home, a traditional Chinese medicine-inspired wellness center, that aims to relieve aching bodies, lift low spirits and offer remedies to treat ailments. They offer yoga, acupuncture, massage, skincare and a tea bar.
They have moved into the former Dollar Tree space next to Lowes Food at Bass Lake Road and Holly Springs Road, and plan to be open on Saturday, May 9 for take-out drinks. All services will be available as soon as the restrictions are lifted. You can find out more at: serasana.com/hollysprings
Bestow Baked Goods
Bestow Baked Goods has moved into 4208 Lassiter Road, next door to Eggs Up Grill. Bestow makes wedding cakes, custom cakes and baked goods for all types of occasions. Although new to Holly Springs, they are not new to the area. Owner Heather Sutton has been in the business of baking cakes for years, most recently working with Cultivate Coffee Roasters in Fuquay-Varina. Originally scheduled to open in April, the bakery will be opening soon (when everything else does), but you don’t have to wait until then. Betty Jean’s Flower Truck
