Fritz Orthodontics:
Fritz Orthodontics has been proudly serving Holly Springs and its surrounding communities for over 8 years. Dr. Fritz and Dr. Wilson treat children and adults with braces and Invisalign. They work closely with your general dentist to be sure that your dental team is working together throughout your treatment. They offer complimentary consultations and are in network with several large insurance companies. Fritz Orthodontics is expanding this winter and will be opening a new location at 351 Village Walk Drive, Holly Springs (behind Sherwin Williams) in February. They are open Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm.
Sherwin Williams – Proposed:
Sherwin Williams has submitted plans for an 8,089 square-foot building at 201 Matthews Drive. The site is at the corner of Matthews Drive and Sunset Lake Road (across from Lassiter Road) and include a drive-through restaurant as part of the submitted plans. The hearing for the town is scheduled for December 18.
Happy Holly’s:
Everyone knows Happy Holly’s for their ice cream treats, but did you know they are now serving coffee? Richie and his employees are there serving up specialty coffee drinks, teas, hot chocolate, and pastries to get your day going! They will also offer 10 ice cream flavors plus shaved ice throughout the winter months. Stop by and see them at 527 N Main Street (in Food Lion parking lot). They are open Monday – Thursday 6:30am – 7:30pm, Friday 6:30am-8:30pm and Saturday 7:30am – 8:30pm.
Aldi Supermarket- Approved:
The Aldi supermarket, which we first told you about in the July/August issue, has been approved. The 19,975 square-foot building will be between the IHOP and Ralph Stevens Road on Hwy 55. No specific opening date has been released yet.
Elite Spine and Wellness :
Dr. David LaRocco and Stacey Smith joined forces to bring not just a Chiropractic office to Holly Springs but a place that will start your journey to wellness, health and healing from Chiropractic services, to Neurofeedback (the only one in the area!), Massage Therapy, Dry Needling, Physical Therapy as well as Nutrition. Dr.’s David and Veronique LaRocco have over 16 years of chiropractic experience. The office is located at 500 Holly Springs Road Suite 105. Starting January 2nd,Monday through Friday and every other Saturday hours will be available.
Athletic Lab South Wake:
Athletic Lab chose to open its first satellite training location at 121 Quantum Drive (in the old Dragonfly Fitness building). This 7,800 square-foot facility is open 7 days a week and offers many fitness options such as CrossFit, Yoga, Boot Camp and Endurance classes. They also provide sport-specific training from middle school age, and all different levels up to elite athletes. You can choose between four different membership options as well as an online nutrition and wellness program to meet your fitness goals.
Baked by Billie:
Billie-Jo Cochran has always had a love of baking since she was a little girl. She loves baking from scratch using family recipes and others she has created in her own kitchen. She is now taking her love of baking from a mobile business to a brick and mortar store which will be located at The Block on Main. Her main focus is custom cakes (birthday cakes, wedding cakes and smash cakes) but she will also offer donuts, cookies and cupcakes at her retail location. The store is set to open in early 2020 but she is currently taking orders for all items listed above.
Lightbridge Academy – Proposed:
A proposed development plan has been submitted to the town for an 11,200 square-foot childcare facility. The center will be located at S. Main Street and Ralph Stephens Road. This facility will offer care for children from infancy through kindergarten as well as summer camps and backup care.
